Alison Cappellazzo, Founder, Managing Partner
Alison is responsible for business development and overall operations of Bedrock Technology Partners. She has more than ten years experience in high tech sales, growing and maintaining some of the largest Bay Area Technology firms: Cisco, Intel, Network Appliance, Sun Microsystems, Apple, AMD, eBay and more. Her attention to detail will be an asset to Bedrocks future growth. Alison is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), as well as a member of For Women Entrepreneurs and Executives (FWEE). She works directly with Bedrock’s sales teams, partners, and the channel. Alison holds a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Dean Cappellazzo, Managing Partner
Dean Cappellazzo is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies. Dean also manages interactions with clients, employees and partners. Mr. Cappellazzo personifies Bedrock’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world. In his seventeen year career in technology sales, he has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, extended network of contacts and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships. Dean’s experience runs from manufacturing, distribution and technical consulting to the client. Dean was a top producer throughout his career at Bell Micro Products (Bell), MicroAge (MIG) and other startup companies in the Silicon Valley. Prior to starting Bedrock, he served as Vice President of Sales at ECO Systems Group then off to another startup VAR making them one of the Top fifteen fastest growing companies. Mr. Cappellazzo holds a BA from St. Mary’s College in Business Administration.
Marcellus Tabor, Chief Technology Officer
Marcellus is an industry veteran with significant accomplishments in the VAR, Manufacturer and End User communities. Most recently he managed Global Data Protection and Storage operations for Yahoo!, having responsibility for personnel and resources across five continents and two dozen countries. Before that, Marcellus held engineering leadership roles at two Bay Area VARs and was an award winning engineer for Sun Microsystems. A proficient public speaker, Marcellus has presented on storage and data protection strategy to numerous conferences and seminars including Storage Networking World, Storage Decisions and the Storage Developers Conference. Marcellus holds a BS in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Mark Burbrink, Vice President of Finance
Mark Burbrink has been with Bedrock Technology Partners since its inception in 2007. Mark’s roles and responsibilities include Financial and day-to-day Operations of Bedrock. Mark also supports Business Development with technology partners and alliances with distribution partners. Mark was instrumental in establishing large credit lines with our banking community and distribution partners. This unique experience has allowed Bedrock to focus on consulting. Prior to Bedrock, Mark worked as an IT Project Manager at Qualcomm in San Diego. Mark graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Environmental Engineering in 1986.
Tad Gallistel, Director of Network Engineering
Tad Gallistel brings over 20 years of technology excellence and leadership to Bedrock Technology Partners. During his tenure at companies such as Qualcomm and Intuit, Tad has not only built out significant networking infrastructure but he has also grown robust technical teams. Tad became a CCIE in 1997 and has since grown to be a recognized industry expert in all aspects of computer networking and server operations. Tad graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1992 with a degree in Chemistry.
